Stevie is Bluff Mountain Inn’s wedding assistant and is wonderful at taking these details and bringing them to life. She meticulously arranges and decorates each event to your exact taste.

Rick and Mary, Bluff Mountain Inn’s very own professional photographers specialize in uniqueness and strive to give you photos that you will brag on for years to come. Any ideas that are brought are taken beyond.

The property’s groundskeeper, Chris, is responsible for our properties pristine landscaping and our colorful gardens that make our property as beautiful as it is.

Jennifer is our general manager.  She oversees all operations and is here to insure that you are perfectly content with your day at Bluff Mountain Inn.

We also have our very own on-site hair and make-up artists Haley, Brandalyn, and Alex of Southern Belle who started their business because of their love of brides, weddings, and beauty art. They are awesome!

We had the opportunity last week to photograph a wonderful mountain wedding in Boulder.  Andy and Aline, both from Nashville, now live in Colorado.  I got to hear lots of stories about their long relationship from their dearest friends and rellies.  I was busy taking photos and didn’t have time to write much down so I asked Aline a few questions…

How/where did you meet?
“Andy and I have known each other since elementary school, I was best friends with his younger sister, Dawn. I didn’t get to know Andy well until I came out to Colorado in Nov 2007 for work reasons. Dawn had given me his number to meet up with him which was great because I didn’t have anyone else to call when I nearly ran out of gas heading out for a hike in Boulder, unfortunately, having forgotten my wallet and any money in Denver.  He came right over, paid for my gas and asked if I wanted company on the hike.  We hit it off and I guess your pictures tell the rest of the story. ”

How long have you been together?
“We started dating about 6 years ago, broke up briefly due to long distance but got back together a couple of years ago after a really fun ski trip in Vail after he moved back to Colorado.  I think what has brought us together the most is our love for the outdoors and being active.  As you can see by how we met, we both love hiking and exploring the mountains. Our favorite thing to do together is trail running.”

It was fun getting to know this great couple and spending time photographing them in the beautiful mountains of Boulder!

They had great music both for the ceremony (check out the Wolftones) and at the after party (the Jakarta Band).  The wedding and reception site was Pastures of Plenty, a gorgeous working farm and events facility.

Meet Chris- the newest member of our Bluff Mountain family. Chris is a great guy and hard worker. We owe our thanks to him for keeping our property in the mountains so beautiful! He is very active in church, school, his community, and is a junior EMT at our local fire department. This kid has a lot going for him! We thoroughly enjoyed doing his senior portraits and getting to know him better.

Congratulations on your upcoming senior year and keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful time shooting Brandi and Ryan’s mountain wedding!Brandi was an absolute sweet and beautiful bride with a fun, colorful bridal party. Her guests were just as vibrant, making this a bright a beautiful day. Not to mention, we used our new shabby-chic ribbon background for the first time! Huge congratulations to these two wonderful people and their families!

We loved working with Kami, Adam and their fantastic family on their wedding day at Bluff Mountain Inn.  Kami was a beautiful bride with a gorgeous group of ladies in her wedding party.  The guys weren’t too shabby either…

Their reception went well into the evening and a great time was had by all.  We were lucky to be able to photograph this great group at their mountain wedding.
