It’s always a treat for us when someone comes in with a unique look or style they want for their wedding or portrait shoot.   Ashley had a vision of what she wanted and it all came together on their wedding day.  From the hairstyles to wardrobe, even the invitations had the retro look to them including the image of a vintage Packard. We love the special themes that folks come up with, and it makes our job fun to try and create the type of photo that compliments the style.

If you’re planning on a portrait session or a wedding, we highly recommend you hire a professional hair and makeup artist.  It really does make a big difference on the quality of your photographs.  Sure, things can be retouched and “fixed” in Photo Shop, but those things take time and incur extra expenses.  If a professional makeup artist can make you look beautiful when the photograph is taken, there’s really not much need for retouching.  Of course, your photographer has to be good as well… 😉
